Bullet journaling - what, why and how?

Bullet journals (or BuJo) are a simple way of organising your day. Having a bullet journal boosts creativity which in turn reduces stress, helps you connect to yourself, engages and unblocks the mind. It allows for non-linear thinking, nurses ideas, helps to change your mindset and your habits. The goal is to help you create your own routine and keep track of what you do and to encourage you to become better at the things you do.
